Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including thorough reviews of medical history, performance of specialized assessments, and establishing appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Engage with patients and their families, communicating evaluation results and collaboratively setting achievable rehabilitation goals.
• Implement treatment protocols with proficiency, adapting to patient responses and evolving healthcare guidelines to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, appropriately documenting any changes in patient condition that may necessitate adjustments in their treatment plans.
• Facilitate accurate discharge planning while providing follow-up care, ensuring all documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
• Manage time effectively to align with productivity expectations while maintaining an orderly schedule and punctuality for all commitments.
• Engage in departmental development efforts, compliance with healthcare regulations, and participate in marketing initiatives to enhance community awareness of our services.
• Lead initiatives for continuing education, mentoring clinical students and supporting professional growth opportunities for colleagues.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
