Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing patients' medical histories and performing relevant assessments to establish baselines and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, ensuring they are involved in the goal-setting process for their rehabilitation.
• Implement treatment protocols based on clinical findings and patient needs, adapting plans to accommodate changes in patient condition or healthcare advancements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to address complex cases and ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
