Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Enhance Care, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions, functional abilities, and symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and creating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient goals.
• Educating patients on proper techniques for therapeutic exercises and safe use of rehabilitation equipment.
• Administering therapies such as manual manipulation, massage, and electrical stimulation to facilitate healing and pain relief.
• Tracking patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and documenting all relevant patient information in our electronic health record system.
• Providing guidance and actionable advice to patients and their families regarding in-home exercises, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitation strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctor's Degree preferred).
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with medical software, including electronic health records.
• A flexible and agile mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applications from new graduates, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred. Experience with outpatient care, post-operative rehabilitation, and pediatric therapy will be viewed positively as these areas are commonly encountered in our practice.

Compensation and Benefits
