Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and mobility challenges, documenting findings in electronic health records.
• Develop and implement targeted, goal-oriented therapy plans designed to restore function, minimize pain, and improve overall mobility.
• Engage in ongoing documentation and reassessment of patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet patient needs.
• Facilitate open communication with fellow healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, techniques, and self-care strategies to encourage active participation in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
