Work Environment

Our outpatient office is designed with patient comfort and safety in mind. The work setting is structured to support both patient interactions and staff collaboration. You will join a team of dedicated professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement. The standard working hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, developing tailored treatment plans that address both the immediate needs and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on each patient's progress, utilizing a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation of patient care processes, treatment outcomes, and billing records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members—including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff—to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment strategies and rehabilitation techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives, contributing ideas for program enhancements and improvements to ensure high clinical standards are maintained.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily comprises individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with WebPT Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates should have at least two years of clinical experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, preferably with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
