Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at One Tap Physio Care, you will work onsite in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in the picturesque Bonita Springs area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, including reviewing pertinent medical histories, performing assessments, and documenting findings effectively.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results that identify specific goals and anticipated outcomes in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols with proficiency, ensuring that interventions are tailored to the unique presentation of each patient.
• Engage patients in their rehabilitation process by explaining evaluation findings, setting realistic goals, and encouraging active participation in their recovery journey.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Facilitate communication with other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive support for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
