Work Environment

This position is based onsite, providing home therapy services to patients throughout Bonita Springs and the surrounding area. As a member of our team, you will engage in one-on-one patient interactions, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships and enhance patient outcomes. Our therapists enjoy a fulfilling work atmosphere with minimal administrative burdens, allowing you to focus primarily on providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Document all aspects of patient care, including clinical services provided, billing information, and correspondence with healthcare team members and families, ensuring complete and accurate records.
• Utilize comprehensive clinical knowledge to assess and treat patients effectively, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs based on diagnosis and progression.
• Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines, including maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards, Medicare rules, and accurate billing and coding practices.
• Maintain clear communication with patients and their families, ensuring they understand the treatment plan, progress, and any adjustments needed.
• Deliver personalized, hands-on care to patients in a one-on-one setting, consistently tracking their progress while adapting techniques as necessary to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgery, those managing chronic conditions, and pediatric clients requiring specialized therapeutic interventions. Your approach will be patient-centric, emphasizing the importance of holistic care tailored to the specific goals and needs of each individual.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Current and valid Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Strong foundational knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform treatment planning.
• Proven ability to work effectively with pediatric patients, tailoring interventions to varying age groups and developmental needs.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact clearly and empathetically with clients, families, and healthcare staff.

Preferred Experience

• One or more years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Familiarity and proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques to address specific pain pathways.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
