Work Environment

Located in Bonita Springs, a thriving area with a community-oriented atmosphere, our rehabilitation center operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and recovery goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, to help patients regain strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Track and document patient progress using EMR software, specifically Web PT, ensuring accurate records are maintained for continuity of care.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices to empower their recovery journey.
• Encourage and motivate patients, building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust, commitment, and successful rehabilitation outcomes.
• Work closely with other healthcare providers and specialists to enhance coordinated care efforts across the continuum of the patient's therapy.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust as necessary for optimized results.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, ensuring quality, individualized care for each patient.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in Florida with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Familiarity with using electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively for accurate documentation.
• A strong understanding of current physical therapy research and methodologies to implement evidence-based practices in treatment.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in outpatient therapy settings, especially focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective treatment and rehabilitation programs.
• Experience with specific patient populations will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
