Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Agility Peak Physical Therapy, you will:

• Consult with patients to gather detailed information about their physical conditions, medical history, and specific symptoms.
• Assess movement dysfunction through comprehensive evaluations, including physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic approaches to address individual patient needs.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises, ensuring proper techniques and safety measures are followed during sessions.
• Utilize manual therapies such as massage and mobilization, or implement therapeutic modalities to promote tissue healing.
• Assist patients in learning how to effectively use mobility aids, including wheelchairs and walkers, enhancing their independence.
• Document patient progress accurately, maintaining clear and organized records that reflect treatment outcomes and goals.
• Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and ongoing treatment options.

Compensation and Benefits
