Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to implement customized treatment plans that address individual recovery goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the latest therapeutic techniques to improve each patient's rehabilitation process.
• Document patient progress meticulously and maintain accurate records for billing and compliance purposes, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive care approach, sharing insights that enhance patient outcomes.
• Meet clinical productivity standards while continuously educating oneself about emerging best practices and treatment methodologies in the field of physical therapy.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program enhancements that bolster our service quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped therapy environment that adheres to health and safety standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient facility primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to engage with a diverse patient population, including active adults and seniors, fostering a supportive environment that promotes healing and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; however, possessing a Master's or Doctorate degree in the field is strongly preferred.
• Must hold an active Physical Therapy license in Florida or be eligible to obtain one.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering patient-focused care and working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of WebPT EMR is a plus, as it is the electronic medical record system we utilize to manage patient documentation and workflows efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a physical therapist, particularly in an outpatient orthopedic setting, is highly desirable.
• Experience in utilizing manual therapy techniques and rehabilitative exercise prescription.
• Previous involvement in multi-disciplinary team settings, contributing to complex care solutions for patients.

Compensation and Benefits

Move Easy Rehab Group offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
