Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to accurately identify and assess movement impairments and functional limitations.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's specific conditions and goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, exercise prescriptions, and rehabilitation techniques to promote optimal recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously and adapt treatment plans based on positive or negative responses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nutritionists, to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about specific therapeutic exercises, self-management techniques, and prevention strategies to ensure sustained improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. You'll have the opportunity to interact and build rapport with a variety of individuals eager to regain their mobility and independence. Our goal is to empower each patient, enabling them to achieve their highest level of physical function through personalized care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in the state of Florida.
• Knowledge of relevant therapeutic techniques, modalities, and current physical therapy trends and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish a comfortable rapport with patients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
