Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our outpatient office located in the heart of Bonita Springs. Our clinic atmosphere is dynamic and welcoming, equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technology to facilitate effective therapy sessions. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals who share your commitment to quality care, making it a great place for collaboration and learning. Your schedule will be flexible, with options to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or opt for four 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring alignment with their recovery goals.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies based on response and effectiveness.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques, self-care strategies, and lifestyle adjustments to aid in recovery.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and exercises, including manual therapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercise.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and physical capabilities. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid physical therapy license for the state of Florida, or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.
• Excellent time management abilities to effectively handle multiple cases while providing each patient with the appropriate level of attention.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
