Work Environment

Located in Bonita Springs, our outpatient office offers a welcoming and collaborative workspace where therapists and support staff work closely together. This onsite role allows you to engage with patients in a hands-on setting, employing innovative therapies and technologies to enhance recovery outcomes. Your work will take place Monday through Friday, within 40-hour shifts, giving you a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, designed to foster recovery.
• Educate and guide patients and their families on techniques and exercises to promote self-management and injury prevention.
• Document patient progress and outcomes meticulously, adhering to best practices in clinical reporting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care that addresses all aspects of the patient's health needs.
• Meet and exceed predetermined utilization goals and productivity metrics, contributing to overall practice growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Envista, you will have the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and pediatric ailments. You will leverage your skills across specialties, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient, with an emphasis on evidence-based treatment modalities.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensing as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, in compliance with state regulations.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating the ability to manage a diverse patient load.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective patient interactions and team collaborations.
• Ability to proficiently use word processing and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience
