Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Bonita Springs. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life routine while providing ample opportunity to engage deeply with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop customized treatment plans for patients based on their specific goals and mobility challenges.
• Guide individuals through therapeutic exercises and alternative treatments to enhance their recovery effectively.
• Maintain an appropriate patient caseload, allowing for focused attention to each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement innovative treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programming.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care, ensuring comprehensive support for physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
• Keep meticulous documentation of treatments administered and patient progress using EMR systems, particularly Web PT.
• Continuously assess treatment effectiveness, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Foster a motivating environment that encourages patients to remain engaged and accountable for their rehabilitation journey.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, with compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
