Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Convivial Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the patient's needs and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on both physician referrals and best practices.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises tailored to patient capabilities, including but not limited to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine populations.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and actively contribute to enhancing the overall effectiveness of patient care through collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate clearly with patients and caregivers to ensure an understanding of treatment protocols and empower them in their recovery journey.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to optimize treatment results and ensure adherence to treatment goals, routinely reassessing and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Meet predetermined utilization rates and professional performance objectives to support organizational success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes recuperating from sports injuries, children with developmental disorders, and adults with chronic pain. Your expertise will play a crucial role in assisting patients throughout all stages of their rehabilitation process, focusing on holistic, patient-centered care that not only alleviates symptoms but also enhances functionality and overall well-being.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a recognized and accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• A current CPR certification demonstrating preparedness for emergency situations.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in utilizing technology and software for documentation and patient management.
