InSearch Therapeutics is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient office in Bonita Springs, Florida. Work Environment

Located in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida, our outpatient clinic operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. This onsite position allows you to engage directly with patients in a private and comfortable setting, where you will be equipped with state-of-the-art tools and resources necessary for effective treatment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care plans for each patient, carefully considering their individual rehabilitation goals, preferences, and lifestyle factors.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure high-quality interactions and adequate time for therapy sessions.
• Utilize your specialization in orthopedic outpatient care, drawing from prior clinical experience to deliver comprehensive treatment.
• Implement cost-effective, evidence-based therapeutic techniques that prioritize enhancing patients' motion and physical capabilities.
• Advocate non-surgical intervention strategies to minimize reliance on medications, aligning with our holistic treatment philosophy.
• Develop and adjust rehabilitation programs that incorporate a diverse range of therapies and fitness protocols tailored to specific patient needs.
• Motivate patients through their recovery journeys by setting achievable milestones and celebrating progress along the way.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various healthcare disciplines to create an integrated care approach.
• Carefully document all treatments and patient interactions using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to promote continuity of care.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adapting strategies as needed to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals recovering from surgeries, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active, clean Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida, with no history of sanctions or disciplinary action.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy modalities and therapeutic exercise techniques.
• A strong understanding of EMR software, especially Web PT, for efficient and accurate patient management.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest evidence-based PT practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Demonstrated skill in developing client-specific treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• A track record of successfully implementing rehabilitation protocols that yield measurable improvements in patient mobility and function.

Compensation and Benefits
