Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients to evaluate their physical function and limitations.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments, goals, and progress.

• Provide education and training to patients and their families regarding treatment protocols, home exercises, and preventive measures.
• Facilitate effective communication with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, rehabilitation staff, and case managers, to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient encounters, evaluations, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will work primarily with a diverse patient demographic, including post-operative recovery patients, individuals with chronic pain, sports-related injuries, and age-related physical challenges. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position falls between USD 100,000 and 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
