We are seeking a full-time professional who will passionately support our patients in regaining their motion and reaching their optimal physical function. Work Environment

Located in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida, our rehabilitation center provides a welcoming, supportive, and cutting-edge environment for both patients and staff. Our team consists of skilled professionals dedicated to high standards of care. As a full-time team member, you will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' objectives, needs, and current physical capabilities.
• Manage a caseload that allows for focused, individualized treatment—averaging one patient per hour.
• Create, implement, and adjust comprehensive care plans that cater to the unique requirements of each patient, utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols to improve patients' range of motion, mobility, and overall function.
• Encourage patients to achieve their goals by motivating them through tailored fitness and wellness programs.
• Record and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all treatment information is kept up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor patient progress consistently, and maintain effective communication with patients regarding their rehabilitation journey.
• Advocate for non-surgical alternatives and reduce reliance on medication through lifestyle changes and rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves adult patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, or surgery. We create personalized treatment plans that prioritize the unique challenges faced by each individual, emphasizing a partnership approach to rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A current and valid Florida license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Strong experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, demonstrating familiarity with various treatment modalities.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to create and implement effective exercise regimens.
• Proficient in utilizing WebPT EMR software for efficient patient documentation and tracking progress.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a sports medicine environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of advanced rehabilitation techniques is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
