Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as exercise regimens, stretching maneuvers, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.
• Implement treatment interventions and monitor patient progress, documenting all treatments and responses accurately.
• Adjust patient treatment plans as necessary, based on ongoing assessment and the achievement of therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, assistive devices, and mobility techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal recovery outcomes.
• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, networking, and professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, and various medical conditions that impact mobility and function. We serve a wide age range, from pediatric to geriatric patients, ensuring tailored, effective rehabilitation strategies for each individual based on their specific needs and circumstances. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, as well as general computer literacy.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with diverse patient populations and various treatment methodologies is an asset.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits
