Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise programming, and modalities to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment protocols, use of assistive technologies, and guidelines for recovery and rehabilitation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and remaining current with literature in the field of physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
