Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, following physician referrals.
• Implement treatment protocols for a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine cases.
• Utilize effective communication skills to educate patients and their caregivers about treatment plans, encouraging active participation in their recovery.
• Deliver purposeful therapeutic interventions at the patient's home, utilizing advanced techniques and methodologies to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care effectiveness, utilizing evidence-based practices and sharing insights to improve overall patient management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and rehabilitation goals while adhering to the highest standards of care.
• Meet and exceed utilization goals and organizational performance metrics to contribute to the success of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist with Amiral, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patient populations, including children, athletes, and individuals recovering from various injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Current CPR Certification and proficiency in word processing and computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on establishing rapport and trust with patients.
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to promoting wellness within the community.

Preferred Experience

Experience in home care settings and proficiency in orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine treatments will be advantageous in this role. Familiarity with patient management systems and electronic health records will enhance productivity and communication within the practice.

Compensation and Benefits
