Work Environment

This onsite role will primarily take place in the homes of our patients, offering a dynamic and flexible work environment that contrasts with traditional clinical settings. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, analyzing patients' medical histories and performing assessments to identify their unique needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment options to patients and their families, ensuring they are engaged in goal-setting and understanding the therapeutic process.
• Implement diverse treatment protocols effectively, monitoring and adapting techniques as required by evolving patient conditions and the latest healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, consulting with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reflecting patient progress through initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, and discharge summaries that outline treatment goals and outcomes.
• Manage your time efficiently to meet departmental productivity expectations while actively participating in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote our services.
• Contribute to team goals and continuous improvement by adhering to all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, pursuing further education and training to enhance your skills and behaviors aligned with our organizational goals.
• Support initiatives designed to eliminate barriers to access for our patients, ensuring excellent experiences and facilitating engagement in healthcare services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
