Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations of patients by reviewing their medical history, performing specific assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies effectively to both patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique presentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and current healthcare standards.
• Maintain ongoing assessments of patient progress, recognizing and documenting any changes that may require adjustment of the care plan or consultation with other healthcare professionals.
• Oversee discharge planning by ensuring that patients are equipped with follow-up care instructions and resources for continued recovery.
• Accurately document patient care activities in a timely manner, creating a comprehensive narrative of their treatment journey, from the initial evaluation to discharge.
• Manage your schedule efficiently, demonstrating punctuality and productivity while participating in departmental meetings and community marketing efforts.
• Contribute to departmental goals, adhering to governmental and accreditation standards, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth through continuing education opportunities and participate as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students.
• Enhance customer experiences by demonstrating flexibility and empathy toward patients' unique needs, ensuring access to care without barriers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Bridgeway, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic condition management. Our center focuses on empowering patients throughout their recovery process, emphasizing pain management, functional mobility, and independence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• American Heart Association's BLS certification for Healthcare Providers is required.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a physical therapy setting is required to ensure familiarity with a wide range of treatments and patient scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
