Work Environment

This position is fully onsite within the community, providing care directly in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Implement various physical therapy interventions, continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as necessary.
• Deliver consultations to healthcare providers regarding ongoing patient care and collaborate frequently with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards, including patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Engage in ongoing communication with patients and their families, providing education on therapeutic techniques and expected outcomes to enhance compliance and motivation.
• Participate in departmental initiatives, community outreach programs, marketing efforts, and supervision of physical therapy assistants, aides, and students.
• Attend regular team meetings and contribute to fostering a culture of quality improvement and teamwork within the organization.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
