Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical therapy needs, developing customized treatment plans based on their unique conditions and recovery goals.
• Administer individualized physical therapy treatments using evidence-based techniques such as therapeutic exercises, hands-on therapy, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Engage in ongoing communication with patients, caregivers, and other health professionals to coordinate care and provide education on treatment plans.
• Stay current with developments in the field by attending workshops, participating in continuing education, and collaborating with fellow professionals.
• Support and mentor new graduates in our mentorship program, helping them integrate into our practice and develop their clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population varies widely, encompassing individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, or various physical ailments. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
