Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Get Up Set Up Medical Center, you will:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, or chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient, employing methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and mobility enhancement.
• Utilize tools and techniques including modalities, therapeutic equipment, and patient education to facilitate pain relief and improve functional performance.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while maintaining detailed documentation of all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Train patients, family members, and caregivers in techniques for ongoing self-care and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary health care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.

Qualifications
