Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess movement dysfunctions and develop individualized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices.
• Document patient care accurately following clinic guidelines and ensure proper billing procedures are adhered to.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, streamline treatment plans, and enhance overall clinical productivity.
• Participate actively in ongoing education opportunities and maintain awareness of industry best practices to remain at the forefront of the field.
• Create a safe and welcoming clinical environment, ensuring that therapy equipment is maintained and operational for use during patient sessions.
• Help in program development efforts to improve patient care and therapy services, contributing to the overall mission of Move Easy Rehab Group.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population served at Move Easy Rehab Group includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical interventions, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure is a must.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, ideally in orthopedic outpatient care.
• Experience utilizing WebPT EMR or equivalent electronic medical record systems is a distinct advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and skills, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
