Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, limitations, and functional capabilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans that set clear, achievable goals tailored to patient needs and recovery timelines.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions while closely monitoring patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to aid recovery and prevent further injuries, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged in their rehabilitation process.
• Document patient information meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining accurate records of evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical doctors and rehabilitation specialists, to create cohesive treatment strategies.

Qualifications
