Movement System Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Estero, Florida. Work Environment

Located in beautiful Estero, Florida, our outpatient facility is designed to provide a warm and inviting experience for patients. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options such as 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, as well as the possibility of four 10-hour shifts. This setting fosters close-knit teamwork among therapists and support staff, allowing for seamless collaboration in patient care. With state-of-the-art equipment and resources, our facility is equipped to meet the evolving needs of our patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients to identify movement dysfunctions and assess their rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to enhance patients' recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adjust to changing conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and healthcare aides, to achieve cohesive treatment approaches.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs, self-management techniques, and injury prevention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. The role requires a patient-centric approach, where you will establish rapport and trust while motivating patients through their recovery processes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid Florida Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective, individualized treatment strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, necessary for establishing productive relationships with patients and families.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, specifically in musculoskeletal and orthopedic therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems to enhance accuracy and documentation efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

Movement System Physical Therapy & Wellness offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
