Work Environment

You will work onsite in our state-of-the-art outpatient facility in Cape Coral, a vibrant community known for its beautiful waterways and outdoor lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet specific rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver expert care in orthopedic outpatient settings, utilizing manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on their conditions and motivate them to actively participate in their recovery process, fostering a partnership in healing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide a cohesive approach to patient treatment, ensuring all aspects of care are addressed.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, using EMR systems such as WebPT for effective record-keeping and treatment adjustments.
• Implement wellness and fitness programs that promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
• Engage in staff meetings and professional development activities to refine skills and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• An active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

Active Life PT offers a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
