Move Strong Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Estero, Florida. Work Environment

You will work in an onsite rehabilitation center that features open treatment areas, private consultation rooms, and various therapeutic modalities. The environment is designed to facilitate optimal patient care while promoting a culture of cooperation among a diverse clinical team. Your typical work schedule will run from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours such as 8 AM–4 PM, 9 AM–5 PM, or a condensed four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patient conditions to determine functional limitations and needs.
• Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary care team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and assistive technology specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, exercises, and self-management strategies to enhance adherence and promote successful outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practice and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. You will work with patients of all ages, focusing on improving their mobility, strength, and overall physical function through personalized rehabilitation techniques. Your role is vital in helping them reclaim their independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Master's preferred) from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist License or eligibility to obtain one prior to employment.
• Strong clinical judgment and exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients and support staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience in outpatient rehabilitation, manual therapy techniques, or specialized treatment modalities will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer an extensive benefits package, including:
