The Evolution Physical Therapy Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Cape Coral, Florida. Work Environment

This is an onsite position based in our outpatient office located in Cape Coral. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM. You will be part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals that includes other physical therapists, occupational therapists, and healthcare specialists. This teamwork allows us to ensure holistic care for all our clients, enhancing treatment outcomes through shared insights and multidisciplinary strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, focusing on their orthopedic needs and functional goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on the evaluation results, medical history, and the latest evidence-based practices.
• Regularly assess and document changes in patients' progress using the clinic's electronic medical record system, ensuring all SOAP notes and progress summaries are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques, expected recovery timelines, and potential challenges they may face during treatment.
• Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to coordinate and optimize care for patients receiving multiple services.
• Serve as a clinical ambassador, embodying the values and mission of Evolution Physical Therapy Clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals, including children and adults of various ages, races, and physical conditions. Our diverse patient population may be recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic pain, or requiring rehabilitation for sports injuries. You will play a crucial role in helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and unrestricted physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop effective treatment plans appropriate for diverse patient needs.
• Willingness to adapt to telehealth services when clinically appropriate.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competence to work with a diverse patient base.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.
• Collaborative mindset and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of various orthopedic conditions and rehabilitative techniques.
• Experience in utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
