Saint Vincent Therapeutics is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team in Cape Coral, Florida. This full-time role is primarily focused on delivering personalized care to patients as they strive to restore their mobility and improve their quality of life. Work Environment

This position is offered in a dynamic onsite environment, where collaboration among healthcare providers and interaction with patients is a daily norm. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, in a setting designed to foster patient engagement and recovery. The outpatient clinic approach allows for a more focused and personalized treatment experience compared to traditional settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with patients' specific needs and goals.
• Manage a manageable caseload to ensure each patient receives personalized attention without feeling rushed.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, particularly in orthopedic care, and adjust treatments as necessary based on patient progress.
• Educate patients about the importance of adhering to treatment protocols and engaging in their own recovery process.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions that focus on enhancing movement, strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.
• Create and modify fitness and rehabilitation programs to ensure they cater specifically to the varying abilities and limitations of patients.
• Promote non-surgical treatment alternatives to encourage patients to opt for healthier lifestyle modifications rather than medication reliance.
• Documentation of each patient's treatment and progress using EMR systems such as Web PT to enhance the continuity of care.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment strategies for improved collective patient outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate treatment efficacy, adjusting plans based on patient feedback and clinical observations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve an outpatient population, including athletes recovering from injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation clients, and individuals seeking to improve their functional mobility due to chronic conditions. Our diverse clientele necessitates customized treatment plans addressing various health backgrounds and physical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• A proven ability to exhibit exceptional manual therapy skills and create successful therapeutic exercise programs.
• Proficient in using EMR software for accurate and timely documentation, with a particular emphasis on Web PT.
• Knowledgeable in the latest physical therapy techniques and their efficacy, underpinned by current research.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred.
• Experience in sports medicine, orthopedic rehabilitation, or geriatrics is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 and 120,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
