Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories, performing targeted assessments, and developing tailored treatment recommendations. An example may involve analyzing a patient's mobility issues and crafting a specific rehabilitation plan.
• Communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment goals effectively to patients and their families, ensuring active participation in decision-making processes.
• Implement personalized treatment protocols based on assessment data and ongoing patient feedback, adjusting methods as necessary to optimize results.
• Consult with other healthcare providers as needed to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, exemplifying interprofessional collaboration.
• Document all relevant patient interactions meticulously, including initial evaluations, interim progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
• Maintain productivity expectations while managing time efficiently, including adherence to scheduled therapy sessions and administrative responsibilities.
• Assist in discharge planning and follow-up care to ensure continued improvement for patients transitioning from in-clinic treatment.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
