Work Environment

Your work schedule will typically run from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop personalized care plans based on comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and goals, ensuring that each treatment aligns with their journey to recovery.
• Maintain an effective patient caseload, providing dedicated attention and encouraging rapport to foster trust and motivation during rehabilitation.
• Utilize state-of-the-art therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques, such as joint mobilization and soft tissue manipulation, to enhance patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Incorporate evidence-based interventions, keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in physical therapy to optimize treatment efficacy.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and registered dietitians, to create well-rounded care strategies for patients.
• Continuously assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect achieved goals and address ongoing challenges.
• Encourage and educate patients on lifestyle modifications, wellness routines, and exercises to promote strength, flexibility, and overall health.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically Web PT, for accurate and compliant documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
