Work Environment

Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional life. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care by assessing each patient's unique goals and needs, ensuring that all treatment plans are customized for effectiveness.
• Manage a reasonable patient load, allowing for ample time to deliver high-quality, attentive service to each individual.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement evidence-based interventions that aim to restore motion and mobility.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that integrate various treatment techniques, including hands-on manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Encourage a non-surgical approach to treatment to help minimize dependence on medications and promote natural healing.
• Motivate patients by designing fitness and wellness programs tailored to their specific requirements, enhancing their overall health and performance.
• Continuously evaluate progress during treatment sessions and make necessary adjustments to care plans based on outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all services provided, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to inspire patients as they navigate their recovery journey.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists, to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in Florida with a clean record, free from sanctions or disciplinary actions.

• Experience using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for effective patient documentation.
• Staying current with the latest research and techniques in physical therapy practice.

Compensation and Benefits
