Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled full-time Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. Our practice is physician-owned, predominantly serving individuals with private medical insurance, which allows us to focus on delivering high-quality, individualized care. Our team currently consists of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, fostering a collaborative environment where exceptional patient care is paramount.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our Fort Myers rehabilitation center, where you will engage directly with patients in a supportive and dynamic environment. Our facility is designed to promote recovery, with areas specifically allocated for different types of therapy and rehabilitation exercises. You will enjoy a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, which allows for a healthy work-life balance while attending to your patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' goals, limitations, and treatment requirements, ensuring individualized care plans.
• Manage a caseload of patients effectively, dedicating one hour to each individual to monitor their progress closely.
• Implement evidence-based treatment techniques that prioritize mobility improvement and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Develop and execute patient-specific rehabilitation programs that incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans thoroughly in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, particularly utilizing WebPT for progress tracking.
• Provide educational resources and advice to patients about lifestyle modifications to minimize reliance on medications and avoid surgical interventions.
• Continuously motivate and inspire patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to achieve their fullest potential.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, working with patients recovering from surgery, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will encounter a diverse range of clients, from athletes needing post-injury rehabilitation to individuals seeking to regain mobility after surgical procedures. This role requires not only clinical expertise but also empathy and support as patients navigate their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with either a Master's or Doctorate degree (MPT/DPT) required.
• A valid and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A pristine professional record, free of any board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice are essential.
• Proficiency in crafting and implementing tailored exercise protocols based on individual client needs.
• Experience working with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, demonstrating an understanding of diverse treatment techniques and patient interactions. An established track record of developing effective rehabilitation plans and a commitment to ongoing professional development will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
