Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing medical history, performing physical assessments, and documenting results effectively.
• Communicate evaluation findings clearly to the patients and their families, promoting understanding as well as involvement in the goal-setting process.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, ensuring protocols are aligned with current best practices.
• Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary for optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention techniques and self-care strategies to facilitate long-term health management.

Compensation and Benefits
