Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite within our rehabilitation facility, allowing for direct patient interaction and hands-on therapy. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent routine while enabling flexibility for patient appointments and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized treatment plans to patients, ensuring their unique goals and recovery needs are meticulously addressed.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload that allows for individualized attention and thorough care during each session.
• Apply advanced orthopedic outpatient care techniques gained from extensive clinical experience to enhance patient treatment outcomes.
• Implement cost-effective and evidence-based treatment modalities that focus on improving patients' mobility and physical function.
• Emphasize non-surgical methods to treat injuries, promoting healthier lifestyle choices through exercise and rehabilitation.

• Motivate and guide patients throughout their recovery stages, maintaining strong communication to boost their confidence and commitment.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions, is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in a variety of manual therapy techniques and modalities is essential for delivering effective patient care.
• Competence in creating and executing successful exercise programs tailored to address diverse patient needs and conditions.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
• A strong understanding of current physical therapy practices and research-backed treatment methods is essential to this role.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated success in an outpatient clinical setting, with extensive interaction with diverse patient groups.
• Experience in sports medicine or rehabilitative care through prior roles that highlight capability in effective patient management.
• Continuing education and trainings relevant to effective physical therapy practices will be considered a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
