Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, reviewing medical histories and employing targeted assessment strategies to determine customized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment objectives clearly to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in the goal-setting process.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback, demonstrating expertise in the field.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary and document any significant changes in patient conditions in real-time, ensuring timely modifications to the care plan.
• Manage discharge planning effectively, including subsequent follow-up care, while maintaining accurate documentation that captures the patient's journey through rehabilitation.
• Exhibit exceptional time management skills while balancing patient loads and maintaining an organized schedule throughout the workweek.
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives and marketing efforts to promote the clinic and our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
