Robotics Clinical Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Specialist in Tampa to launch and support robotic surgical technology at customer accounts. The role involves training surgical teams, managing account onboarding, and driving adoption of the ROSA system and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology adoption and support
- Lead surgical team training on ROSA system and related technologies for surgeons, staff, and administrators
- Partner with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service to onboard new accounts and provide clinical support during enabling cases
- Support advanced technology upgrades and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Complete administrative duties and attend required annual trainings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline; Associate's degree with equivalent experience considered
- Minimum 2-3 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic sales/case coverage experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
- Proven track record of achieving strong results
- Ability to travel up to 75% for account support and training
Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 base salary with $50,000 incentive
