Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload by developing and nurturing rapport with clients, providing continuous support while adhering to ethical and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and make any necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.

• Create and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans, regularly evaluating their effectiveness in collaboration with the clients.

• Document each client's treatment journey, including progress notes and various assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs and develop appropriate service plans.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, utilizing modalities that best suit the clients’ specific mental health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Anchor Health Counseling, you will work with a diverse population, helping individuals from various backgrounds navigate their mental health challenges. Your clients will include both children and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues, allowing you to apply your expertise in a meaningful way. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials, allowing for independent practice.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience in an outpatient clinical setting following completion of your degree.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and client management, including familiarity with software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We operate under a fee-for-service model and guarantee payment ahead of collections, ensuring you won't have to wait for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
