Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, facilitating a comfortable space for clients to improve their mental health.

• Encourage open dialogue regarding clients' emotions and experiences, helping them gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining personal goals and providing guidance towards achieving them.
\n
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices in line with your clinical knowledge.

• Engage in regular follow-ups to assess treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve client outcomes.

• Keep detailed and accurate records while minimizing paperwork through our streamlined administration processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are prescreened individuals who exhibit low acuity. This means that therapists will work with clients who are reasonably stable and goal-oriented, allowing for constructive engagement in therapy sessions without severe crises, which can often compromise therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling

• Current licensure is mandatory, including one of the following designations: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proven ability to make informed assessments and recommendations concerning treatment planning and implementation.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, with a sympathetic and empathetic approach to counseling.

• Proficiency in the use of technology for delivering remote therapy and maintaining documentation.

• Compensation ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually based on the number of hours worked and client load.
