Leadership Customer Experience Manager The Customer Experience Manager will build, lead and mentor a team of Customer Experience Assistants, Jewelry Consultants, and Concierges responsible for meeting quarterly sales targets and delivering exceptional service to Brilliant Earth customers. As the team’s leader, you will foster an environment of partnership, positivity, bias toward action, and commitment to the customer. You will lead the team to achieve and exceed sales goals, directly impacting the growth of the company and the individual team members. Customer Experience Assistant Manager The Assistant Manager will build, lead and mentor a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to Brilliant Earth customers. You will foster an environment of partnership, positivity, bias toward action, and commitment to the customer. Jewelry Sales Consultant Our Jewelry Sales Consultants provide an exceptional experience for every Brilliant Earth customer. You will guide the customer through the life of the sale via in‑person appointments, phones, or live chat. Jewelry Stylist As a Jewelry Stylist, you will assist customers in finding their best jewelry match from our luxury product line. You will meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment while creating personalized experiences and sharing happy moments of customers’ lives. Showroom Operations Showroom Coordinator The Showroom Coordinator is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every Brilliant Earth customer while aiding fulfillment and operational needs. In this role, you will support daily showroom operations while ensuring customers have the best possible experience. Ideal candidate will have a schedule that includes weekend days and will work onsite at a Brilliant Earth showroom location.
