Payroll Manager | $85 K–$110 K + bonus| Hybrid | Wayne, PA | Direct Hire

Lead Payroll Across the U.S. & Canada

Take ownership of a high-impact North American payroll function where you’ll lead a team, strengthen processes, and ensure accurate, compliant payroll across the U.S. and Canada. This is an opportunity for an experienced payroll leader to combine hands-on expertise with team development, technology, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead accurate and timely payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada
• Manage and develop a payroll team while building accountability and cross-training
• Oversee payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, reporting, filings, and internal controls
• Partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain strong data integrity
• Improve payroll processes through technology, automation, KPIs, and streamlined workflows
  

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPP is a plus
• 5+ years of payroll experience, including leadership experience
• Hands-on U.S. and Canadian payroll and tax compliance expertise
• Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP GlobalView
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and strong Excel skills
