Position Overview

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Pay: $29-$33 an hour based on experience.

As our Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist , you'll play an important role in keeping our customers supported and our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll assist customers with questions, learn our product line, process orders accurately, and coordinate with our sales and manufacturing teams to make sure customers receive the dependable service Advance Equipment is known for.

No drywall tool experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person who has the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, pricing, and shipping questions.
• Process customer orders 
• Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) orders.
• Prepare LTL shipping documents and freight paperwork.
• Process daily customer invoicing.
• File freight damage and loss claims.
• Process invoices daily.
• Order office supplies and product labels.
• Help prepare purchase orders as needed.
• Manage Amazon and Walmart customer orders.
• Work closely with our sales and manufacturing teams to ensure excellent customer service.

• Customer service, administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.

• Problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
