Junior Software Development Engineer in Test SDET - Java - Capgemini
Gravity Engineering Services Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and TestNG/JUnit. Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test requirements and acceptance criteria. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) to ensure rapid feedback. Execute API testing with REST Assured and validate responses against specifications. Track defects, produce clear test reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong Java programming skills and understanding of object‑oriented concepts. Hands‑on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit. Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools.
