CVS Health is seeking a Medicaid Prior Authorization Pharmacist to support Medicaid Prior Authorization. An active AZ or TX pharmacist license in good standing is required, with 90 days to obtain the additional license if needed. This fully remote role is open to qualified candidates across the United States. The position supports 40 hours weekly, with a shift from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm AZ time (training 8:00 am – 4:30 pm AZT for 8 weeks). #J-18808-Ljbffr CVS Health
