Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Perform daily receipt and content validation of incoming work packages processed through Financial Centers and ATM channels, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Execute basic accounting functions, reconciliation activities, and internal general ledger balancing while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

• Research and resolve time-sensitive transaction inquiries and exceptions from multiple internal channels within established deadlines.

• Work closely with management and team members to support operational workflows while demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong attention to detail, ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs, and a demonstrated sense of urgency.

• Basic PC skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 2-5 hours per day.

• Resume must clearly reflect current location.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 10-key data entry, balancing activities, and basic accounting functions.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

• Flexibility to work occasional extended hours as business needs require.

• Proven attendance, punctuality, and reliability in previous roles.

Pay Details: $16.13 per hour
