Sales Administrator

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our rural, Leominster client on a full-time, temporary basis.

What you can expect:

• Pay rate: £13.50 per hour
• 39 hour working week, Monday to Friday (4pm finish on a Friday)
• Temporary assignment until approx. February 2027
• Immediate start
  

What you will be doing:

• Dealing with incoming customer enquiries
• Logging and creating projects and opportunities within the CRM system
• Creating tasks for other team members to ensure a complete service to customers
• Sending out designs and quotations to the customer
• Inbound and outbound phone calls and liaising with the internal sales team and external sales managers
• Communicating accurately and supporting with other departments where necessary
• Covering workload of Project Coordinator and other Sales Administrator during times of absence
• Offer the best customer service, achieving customers’ needs and exceeding expectations
• General office administration e.g. monitoring of stationery level and raising order requests
  

What we are looking for:

• Excellent administrative skills and good attention to detail
• Previous sales administration experience preferred, but not essential
• Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, ideally SAP familiarity
• Numerate and comfortable working with figures for quotations
• Need to be organised with effective communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
